New Year’s Resolution -2016


Welcome back to my blog! Today I wanted to discuss my New Year’s Resolution. Now, it’s safe to say that we all have good intentions at the beginning of every year, the good old “I’m starting the gym” or “going on a diet” resolutions are at the top of my list. I’m here to tell you all your goals, whether it be fitness, new job or simply reading more books is totally achievable. The following tips will help you stay focused on achieving your personal goals.


Stay focused Think about “why” you are doing this and stick to it
Partner Up -When you can have someone who shares the same ideas and goals as you, it’s much easier to follow through with things
Affirmations Tell yourself daily something positive, for example, ” This week, I’m focusing on going to the gym three times” or ” I can accomplish anything.”
Dream Board- Visually seeing your goals and dreams will help you stay motivated
Be S.M.A.R.T- setting SMART goals is a must! Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-Bound
