Paleo Banana Pancakes

Sticking to a diet plan can sometimes be very challenging, but it doesn’t mean you have to cut down on some of your favorite foods.

I was craving some pancakes a few weeks ago, and thought I should find a healthy way to make them

I simply looked up some Paleo receipts and found this Banana Pancakes one that I really enjoyed.

I was surprised how it held its texture and form, considering that it didn’t have all the ingredients a normal pancake would have

The receipt is simple:

1. 2 large ripe bananas 

2.  4 eggs

3. 1/4 teaspoon baking power (optional)

Cooking time:

Cook until they begin to bubble and hold their shape!

Flip pancake and let it cook for 30-45 seconds on each side

Added ingredients:

Raspberry marmalade, cocoa power and cinnamon and to top it off added pure honey.


Now keep in mind, this is not your average pancake! It will taste a lot different, but it does satisfy that graving.
